In early 2023, we underwent a significant transition when we migrated our NetSuite system to a different instance to better support our SuiteCommerce platform. This change presented considerable challenges, but we successfully navigated through it. As part of this transformation, we made the decision to integrate Ready Freight services into our NetSuite system to achieve a more seamless logistics management experience. The implementation process was no small feat, especially considering that we also had Cloud Coders' warehouse management system integrated into our NetSuite setup. This complexity added a few extra layers of difficulty to the Ready Freight integration. However, thanks to Jack's unwavering dedication and expertise, we were able to overcome every obstacle. His tireless troubleshooting and support have been invaluable to our company. If your business is seeking a solution that offers seamless connectivity and a straightforward overview of your logistics processes, I wholeheartedly recommend Ready Freight. Their services are well-suited for both small and large businesses alike.

In 2019, we implemented NetSuite; we had been using an outdated system for years. The change to NetSuite was a huge step forward for us, and we haven't looked back. Just over a year ago, I was put on Ready Freight as we were looking for a solution to streamlining our freight. I got a hold of Nathan, and he was extremely helpful. He understood some of our unique quirks and assured me that whatever we needed, ReadyFreight would be able to provide it. We then started working with Jack. He has been an absolute dream to work with. Never an issue with any crazy idea I want to implement. I can't speak more highly of Ready Freight's Jack and Nathan. I would highly recommend it to any company wanting to find the best freight integration system for NetSuite.

In 2022 to 2023, we implemented NetSuite, moving on from our 20-year-old legacy system. The change for our company was immense; however, the choice to go with Ready Freight as our shipping connector has been the most seamless and painless connection. From the product demonstration to the system build to delivery and post-go-live support, Nathan and Jack have provided top service, prompt answers, and were extremely helpful. We had no freight integrator prior to this. Our team across four branches finds the Ready Freight Australia & NZ Shipping Connector very simple and functional to use. Training requirements were minimal due to this. Ready Freight went over and above in developing a feature within the system that was unique to our product, as tires are a package in their own right and there is no need to put them in a carton or package. They automated our item dimensions to flow into the fulfillment form as packages in their own right. It has been a lifesaver for our staff. Ready Freight also onboarded a high-volume freight provider we use in New Zealand, so we could add another freight provider to our integrated freight provider list. We would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring a shipping connector as part of their NetSuite system. Thanks, Nathan and Jack.

Where do I start? From the beginning, Nathan was patient and answered all my questions and concerns with clear and simple answers. Then, once we had signed up to have Ready Freight added, Jack's service from the initial meeting right up to a couple of months after we had implemented was flawless. They are very responsive to our needs in all aspects, even helping us validate our addresses so that Ready Freight could be 100% for us. On a user level, Ready Freight has reduced our time by half. Previously, our process from fulfillment to printed documents took 13 keystrokes or mouse clicks (not to mention the waiting time in between some clicks). When Ready Freight was implemented, we were down to 7 keystrokes or mouse clicks! If that isn't an improvement, I don't know what is!

We can't speak highly enough of Ready Freight. The solution is absolutely perfect and has streamlined our operations completely. More so, the implementation team is simply amazing. Everything went extremely smoothly without a hitch.

The product does 100% what it should do and more. It has worked perfectly from day 1 and Nathan and the team are just simply brilliant. Prior to Ready Freight, we had to manually consign freight, and then manually key the data into NetSuite. The previous process took roughly 5 minutes per fulfilment. It is now down to less than one minute and due to the shipping notifications and tracking URL in NetSuite, the customer experience we provide our farmers and dealers cannot be matched.

Hands down the best and most full featured NetSuite freight integration for Australia. Works like a native part of NetSuite. Support is outstanding.

We converted to Ready Freight from an external product to bring the freight back into a native environment with NetSuite. We've gained a few hours everyday from automation and transparency. Through integration and support the team was flawless and willing to work with our requirements. I can't recommend the product or team enough, they have a great solution for Australian carriers (Australia post specifically).

Ready Freight has been an easy and seamless product to use since implementation. The support both during implementation and since has been second to none. This continues to this day - over 18 months after implementation!It has brought us significant efficiencies in the shipping process, and savings as well as we are able to far better define shipping costs now.

It has streamlined our Australia Post processes, so much so, that we are now in negotiations to change our bulk freight carrier, to one supported by Ready Freight. I stumbled across Ready Freight almost by accident and it has been an absolute game changer for us in so many ways. It is very fairly priced. It's dead simple to use for our warehouse staff. It's stable and smooth and the after sales service from Nathan and his team is incredible. We are so happy that we upgraded to Ready Freight for fast and seamless freighting. We've seen a huge improvement in productivity for both B2B and B2C consignments. Implementation was simple and there was good communication from Nathan from start to finish. Go live was hassle free and very easy to change over from our old systems.Even though we have seen improvement, we are experiencing some setbacks with our B2B consignments due to carrier restraints. However, Ready Freight’s support has been on hand to assist and is working closely with us to try and improve our processes further.Very happy customer and I would definitely recommend Ready Freight.

Ready Freight is not the first Netsuite shipping integration we have used but it sure is the best. The migration from our previous connector was quick and seamless. We noticed an improvement in speed and also a reduction in costs due to it being completely cloud-based. We have been using it to ship with Australia Post and StarTrack for 18 months now and the program is constantly being refined and improved. More recently we took advantage of the new TNT integration. It’s more than capable of high-volume consignment processing. Ready Set Code's tech support is top notch.

Nathan and his team at Ready Set Code have gone created a great integration app for shipping in Australia. We currently use the app with Australia Post and Star Track and are pleased to find the continued development now includes other local carriers, which will help our business negotiate freight rates. We usually send over 100 items a day via ready freight from our 4 branches in Australia.This app is affordable and the team are very responsive to any quirks / errors which happen from time to time when dealing with netsuite system into the logistics company system.I highly recommend this app.
